Molto probabilmente riuscirò ancora a farmi viva prima che finisca il 2012… ma, se qualcosa ho imparato da questo anno quasi trascorso è proprio di non dare mai nulla per scontato nulla e di cogliere l’attimo, che “as sa mai” (non si sa mai – dizionario piemontese/Italiano).
Così vi lascio fin d’ora con un resoconto di questo anno in ricette: un 2012 che mi ha portato grandi cambiamenti, che ha visto una mia latitanza più o meno accentuata dal blog (però non vi ho mai abbandonato: questo dovrà pur contare qualcosa, o all’Epifania mi toccherà solo carbone?) e che, come avrete modo di vedere tra poco, è stato un anno dolcissimo, e non solo dal punto di vista delle ricette.
Con queste 12 ricette, una per ogni mese del 2012, vi saluto e inizio ad augurarvi BUONA FINE E BUON INIZIO.. e se poi ci vedremo ancora per una ricettina da fine anno, spero non me ne vorrete!

- Gennaio – La Tarte Tatin (versione con pasta brisée, anche se ho poi scoperto che la vera tarte tatin prevede la pasta sfoglia – almeno per darvi un’informazione corretta).
- Febbraio – Il Tiramisù per il primo compleanno del blog
- Marzo – Torta tunisina di frutta secca con zabaione al Passito di Pantelleria
- Aprile – Fagottini di vitello ripieni di spinaci con salsa alle noci
- Maggio – Risolatte
- Giugno – Pancakes al latticello con sciroppo d’acero e mirtilli freschi
- Luglio – Meringata in coppa (sort of) per il mio compleanno
- Agosto – Piccoli soli ripieni di ricotta, menta e zafferano con crema di zucchine
- Settembre – La crème brulée
- Ottobre – Involtini di pesce spatola
- Novembre – Panna cotta salata all’Ottavio Pichin con gelatina di birra su frolla al burro salato
Novembre è stato il mese più duro, perché ho dovuto scegliere, scartando la millefoglie al pistacchio di Bronte e i tortelli di zucca. - Dicembre – Confettura di zucca al cardamomo

Non avrei potuto scegliere ricetta migliore per iniziare, per chi ha lanciato la sfida e per la ricetta in sé.. amo la pasta fresca rustica e povera, amo i pici e so già che amerò queste sfide, mese dopo mese.
