Oddio, fra tre giorni è Natale!
Saremo tutti presi dalla frenesia regali-preparativi-cene-cenoni-feste-cucina, e proprio ora vi accorgete di non aver fatto un pensierino ai colleghi o a qualche amico/parente? Non temete, ho la soluzione!! Un po’ di burro, zucchero, farina, un uovo, una bacca di vaniglia, qualche formina per biscotti natalizia (oppure le formine per fare i biscotti da tazza
D’altronde, chi non sarebbe contento di ricevere un pensiero fatto a mano, croccante e profumato, per Natale?
Io ho la mia ricetta del cuore per la frolla montata, che uso anche per le mie melighe, ma appena ho visto i biscottini della mia amica Elisa di Kitty’s Kitchen non ho saputo resistere e ho dovuto biscottare, seppure virtualmente, insieme a lei.. e non mi sono pentita, la ricetta è semplicemente perfetta, assolutamente consigliata.
Biscotti di frolla montata alla vaniglia
Di Pubblicata:
- Resa: circa 40/50 biscotti
- Preparazione: 20 minuti
- Cottura: 10 minuti
- Pronta In: 1 ora 30 minuti
Ingredienti
- 125 grammi di burro morbido (lasciato fuori frigo per diverse ore)
- 110 grammi di zucchero superfine
- 1 uovo
- 1/2 bacca di vaniglia
- 225 grammi di farina 00
- 1 pizzico di sale
Istruzioni
- Montate il burro morbido con lo zucchero con le fruste fino ad avere un composto chiaro e spumoso (per me ci sono voluti 5 minuti).
- Aggiungete l'uovo, un pizzico di sale, i semini di vaniglia e continuate a montare.
- Aggiungete la farina setacciata e mescolate con una spatola o un cucchiaio di legno per farla assorbire.
- Rovesciate su un piano e fate in modo di creare una palla di impasto, che avvolgerete nella pellicola per alimenti e lascerete riposare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti (ma meglio ancora qualche ora o tutta la notte).
- Riprendete l'impasto dal frigorifero, stendetelo su un piano leggermente infarinato fino ad un'altezza di 3-4mm, ritagliate le vostre forme con i tagliabiscotti e disponete i biscotti su teglie coperte di carta da forno.
- Riscaldate il forno a 180°C e cuocete per 10 minuti (15 se i biscotti sono di formato maggiore) o fino a leggera doratura.
- Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare su una gratella.

E’ già da un paio d’anni che i miei regali sono prevalentemente homemade, e mai mancano i biscotti.
Questi sono proprio belli, mi piace tantissimo l’idea di ritagliarli in modo da incastrarli sulla tazza, e chissà che buoni!
Anche io preparo tanti regalini home made.. soprattutto confetture e liquore, ma i biscotti non possono proprio mancare!!
