Ecco, questa sarebbe la mia presentazione se esistesse la “pessime foodblogger anonime“.

Insomma, è da Natale 2016 che manco su queste pagine, da ancor prima manca una bella ricetta, quindi non posso che tentare di farmi perdonare utilizzando il metodo più vecchio del mondo (no, non QUELLO), cioè offrirvi un bel dolce, uno di quelli che piacciono a me: non troppo dolce, bello umido, deciso nel gusto, con quel “non-so-che” che faticherete a riconoscere in una torta.

Beh, quel qualcosa è birra, una stout per l’esattezza. Quei 400ml di Guinness che sono lì, ma che si nascondono in maniera perfetta fra il cacao amaro, il burro (tanto, oh yeah) e lo zucchero di canna.

Ah, ovviamente i restanti 100ml della lattina di Guinness che si trova più frequentemente in Italia VANNO BEVUTI durante la preparazione della torta, è una regola non scritta!

  • Resa: una torta da 24 cm di diametro (8 Persone servite)
  • Preparazione: 30 minuti
  • Cottura: 60 minuti
  • Pronta In: 1 ora 30 minuti

Ingredienti

Istruzioni

  1. Lavorate con le fruste (a mano o in planetaria) il burro morbido con lo zucchero. Incorporate le uova una ad una.
  2. Setacciate la farina insieme al lievito e al bicarbonato e , in un’altra ciotola, mescolate la birra con il cacao.
  3. Sempre sbattendo il composto di burro con le fruste, aggiungete, alternandoli, le polveri e la birra con il cacao, fino a ottenere un’impasto omogeneo e non troppo compatto.
  4. Pre-riscaldate il forno a 180°C.
  5. Versate il composto in uno stampo dal bordo amovibile di 24 cm di diametro, precedentemente imburrato e coperto di carta da forno.
  6. Infornate in forno già caldo per 1 ora abbondante, o fino a quando la torta sarà cotta (ovvero fin quando uno stuzzicadenti infilzato nel mezzo non esca quasi asciutto - considerate infatti che la torta deve rimanere un po' umida).
  7. Sfornate, lasciate raffreddare del tutto, quindi sformate e, se volete servite con panna semi-montata o con una crema di formaggio spalmabile aromatizzata al whiskey.
