Tutti intenti a capire cosa ci fosse dietro quel nuovo acronimo che ha invaso Facebook per tutta la giornata di ieri. Ebbene, tanto per cambiare, dietro si celava il solito MTChallenge, con l’uscita del suo SESTO libro, Crêpe is the new black, #CITNB!
Annunciamo con gioia la sua nascita, e aggiungo di mio pugno che è la solita figata pazzesca, a partire dalla copertina.
La struttura è sempre quella che seguiamo da L’ora del Paté, Insalata da Tiffany, Dolci Regali, Torte Salate e Dietro la Lasagna: una prima parte di teoria, con tecniche, ingredienti, attrezzature e spiegazioni varie: crêpes ma anche pancakes, waffles, blinis e cialde, di tutti i tipi. Segue la parte centrale, questa volta dedicata a un Giro del Mondo in 45 crêpes (e vi prego di prendere alla lettera il Giro del Mondo perché i 5 continenti ci sono tutti).
Poi la parte della Dispensa, con burri “vecchi” e nuovi, pralinati, creme, sciroppi, curd, confetture e paté e creme spalmabili salate, per sondare tutte le infinite possibilità di farcire queste preparazioni. Poi la parte creativa, con le ricette della sfida e, infine, la rubrica più consultata, quella del “Facile e Veloce”, per un libro che, al pari degli altri, vorremmo che venisse consultato tutti i giorni dell’anno, con le solite “più di 100 ricette” che sono un altro dei nostri biglietti da visita.
